We perform tests for both common and special rolling bearings and then evaluate their basic parameters: dynamic load capacity, limiting speed, sealing capacity of bearings. We also provide special and operational tests on request. Laboratory tests conducted on our own production of ZKL bearings are the basis for verifying the quality of the production process.
We supplement the performed tests with further analyses as needed:
- metallography
- metrology
- lubricant analysis
- chemical composition analysis
Tests of bearing performance parameters
Depending on the size and type of bearings tested, it is possible to set the amount of radial, axial or combined load. The test rigs are equipped with frequency converters, so the test speed can be set completely arbitrarily.
Tests of performance parameters for radial bearings are performed at RAH type stations:
