In practice, it has been shown that most premature failures are not caused by bearing quality, but by inaccuracies or incorrect procedures during installation and commissioning. Even a minor deviation from the correct procedure can significantly affect the reliability of the entire system.
That is why ZKL offers professional training focused on the mounting, dismounting, and maintenance of axle bearings for the railway industry. The training is designed to provide participants not only with theoretical knowledge, but above all with practical skills applicable in everyday operations.
The training content is based on real-life situations from practice and is tailored to the specific needs of customers. Emphasis is placed on correct working procedures, error prevention, and improving safety and operational reliability.
Training is delivered flexibly – either at the customer’s site or in pre-agreed facilities.
We provide training in Czech, English, and German.
In addition to new knowledge and practical skills, participants also receive a certificate of completion. We can also prepare customized mounting and maintenance manuals tailored to your operating conditions.
