New microhardness tester for evaluation of material samples and surface layers
As part of the investment in the Technological centre of ZKL GROUP the ZKL – Výzkum a vývoj, a.s., a QNESS Q30 CHD Master+ microhardness tester was purchased for the metallurgical laboratories. The equipment will be used mainly for the evaluation of material samples and surface layers.
The instrument has automatic evaluation of hardness parameters from HV 0,1 to HV 30 with the possibility to evaluate NHD, CHD, SHD parameters. Thanks to this equipment, ZKL GROUP can expand its internal research and development activities, thus streamlining the evaluation of ZKL's current production and expanding the range of expert analyses for our customers.
The investments are part of a comprehensive package of new technologies that lead to the fulfilment of ZKL GROUP's strategy to provide its customers with a range of technologically advanced bearings with high added value and comprehensive solutions for more reliable and efficient movement of your machines.
