1.2 Basic Static Load Rating
Radial basic static load rating Cor and axial basic static load rating Coa are shown for each bearing in the dimension tables of this publication. Values Cor a Coawere stated by a calculation according to the standard STN ISO 76.
Basic static load rating is the load which corresponds to calculated contact stresses at the most heavily loaded contact zone of the rolling element and bearing raceway:
- 4600 MPa for double row self-aligning ball bearings
- 4200 MPa for the other ball bearings
- 4000 MPa for cylindrical roller, needle roller, spherical roller and tapered roller bearings
