ZKL Klášterec nad Ohří, a. s. was the ZKL trade mark owner combined, entered under No 152893 in the trade marks register with the Industrial Property Office, and the trade mark verbal, entered under No 151740 at the same Office (hereinafter trade marks) until November 21, 2001, when the trade mark was transferred by contract to the ZKL, a. s. ownership.
Other Group entities using the trade marks based on the contract with their owner exert this authority in accordance with business practice and good manners of economic competition while complying with the principles of ZKL trade mark administration issued by the parent company in the form of a co-ordinated cooperation act.

The ZKL trade mark owner confers the right to use the ZKL trade mark based on the licence agreements that are registered at the Industrial Property Office (or other institution in this competency) of a respective country.
The licence agreement delineates the extent of rights to denote bearings with the ZKL trade marks. The user right to use the ZKL trade marks in a business name (business company) is defined in a similar way.
The list below shows the companies using the ZKL trade names.
The only authorizedentity which is entitled to issue the certificates of an authorized distributor and exclusive representation to the trading companies dealing with ZKL bearings trading, is ZKL Bearings CZ, a. s., based in Brno, the Czech Republic.

Production range additional extension is handled by the ZKL Group companies through bearing production cooperation agreements with ZKL trade mark denoting which are distributed exclusively through ZKL Bearings CZ, a. s., a ZKL sales company.
Warning:The companies not listed in the above schedule are not entitled to denote their produced bearings with the ZKL trade mark and if they do, it is without authorization and contrary to law, namely the Trade Mark Act (No 137/95 Coll.) and the Commercial Code (No 513/91 Coll.)
